General discussion, describing the techniques behind what is the seona method, examples of how to “let go”, practical use of the Sedona method either as a group or in pairs, reading sections of the book, listening to Hale Dowskin’s or Lester Levenson’s recordings.

If you can’t make it this time, we will be meeting on 23/11 and  7/12 and then we will have a break for the end of the year
